1. Use of site and services

Welcome to Amalfi Global LLC. By accessing our platform, you agree to comply with these terms. We provide managed IT, cybersecurity and digital framework services. Users must use our services solely for lawful business purposes and in accordance with our technical guidelines.

2. User responsibilities

• Maintain secure access credentials for all Amalfi Global LLC client portals.
• Provide accurate technical data required for systems engineering.
• Do not attempt unauthorised intrusion or testing of our cybersecurity frameworks.

3. Intellectual property

All proprietary digital frameworks, security code and design architecture remain the exclusive property of Amalfi Global LLC. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use the services as designed during the contract term.

4. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Amalfi Global LLC provides services on an ‘as is’ basis. While we maintain a 99.9% uptime commitment, we shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from third-party network outages or unforeseen cyber threats beyond current industry mitigation standards.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal proceedings related to Amalfi Global LLC services shall be conducted within the jurisdiction of Miami-Dade County.
